William John Clifton Haley
1925 - 1981

Bill Haley and His Comets are one of Rock 'n' Rolls most
influential Rock Icons. Although they recorded several other songs prior to "Rock Around The Clock", this was the song that put them on the charts. Bill Haley & His Comets were the neglected hero's of rock 'n' roll.
After Bill Haleys death in 1981, due to legal and copyright issues the Comets were no longer able to use their name. But, came back strong as "The Original Comets" and are still performing today.
